For single-flower arrangements (such as rose bouquets), we will match the flower type whenever possible, making color substitutions only when necessary to ensure freshness.

During peak seasons and holidays, high-demand specialty items may require substitution with comparable alternatives. Rest assured, any substitutions maintain the gift's value and sentiment.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your floral arrangement or gift doesn't meet expectations, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for collection and replacement at no cost to you, or provide a full refund after collection.

For exchanges of items in original condition, we're happy to accommodate alternative selections based on availability. Please note that collection, processing, and redelivery fees may apply for exchange requests.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders placed through The Bloomery are processed and fulfilled by our partner, Netflorist. When you complete a purchase on our website, your order information is securely transmitted to Netflorist for processing, preparation, and delivery.

For any order-related queries, including tracking, delivery updates, or post-delivery issues, please contact Netflorist's customer service directly. As your referring partner, we're also available to assist you in connecting with their support team and ensuring your concerns are addressed promptly.

Payment processing, delivery scheduling, and customer service for completed orders are handled by Netflorist in accordance with their terms and conditions, which form part of your purchase agreement.

Order Corrections & Returns

Should you receive an incorrect item or wish to return a product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll promptly arrange collection and ensure the correct product reaches you as quickly as possible.

If an incorrect product is delivered, please keep items in their original packaging and condition. Products that have been opened, used, or altered from their delivery condition may incur a 15% handling fee plus delivery costs for return processing.

For items with technical issues, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We'll arrange testing and, if a defect is confirmed, provide repair or replacement. If no defect is found, return shipping costs apply. Please visit our product guarantee page for specific warranty information.
